Medical Exam Information for Immigrant Visas

Below in PDF format is the information you will need to make an appointment and have a medical exam done for your immigrant visa application. It includes the list of approved physicians, the fees associated with the medical exam and the documents that you must take with you when you go for the exam. Please note that as of June 1, 2009, all female applicants between 11 and 26 years of age require the HPV vaccination at an additional cost of 9,000 rupees.
