Adding Pages to Your Passport
If your full-validity passport has not yet expired and it has no blank visa pages left, we can add additional pages for you which costs $82 per book.
Please complete an application form (DS-4085). The two-parent passport consent requirement for minors under age 16 applies to all passport services, including requests for extra passport pages.
We are open for appointments Monday and Wednesday from 0830 to 1200hrs. The Unit is closed to the public on American and Pakistani holidays. On scheduling an appointment, you will receive a Confirmation Sheet. Please print this page and bring it with you to the interview.
If you have a limited validity passport, we cannot add pages to it. You must apply for a new, full validity passport.
