"Islam is a source of profound strength and guidance for millions of Muslims across Pakistan and throughout the world. Ramadan is a special time of prayer, fasting, and service. It is my honor to extend warmest greetings and best wishes to Muslims across Pakistan as you observe the start of Ramadan, a holy month of prayer, fasting, reflection, and good works."
