U.S. Condemns Terrorist Attacks in Adezai Village and Peshawar

Islamabad - The U.S. condemns the terrorist attacks - Sunday in Adezai Village and today at a police checkpoint in Peshawar that killed and injured many innocent Pakistanis.

We extend our sympathy to the victims of these attacks and the families and friends of those who lost their lives in these attacks.  We honor the memory of Union Council Nazim Haji Abdul Malik, who courageously spoke out against extremist violence against Pakistan, as well as the brave Pakistani security personnel who have given their lives to defend this country.
