U.S. Condemns Terrorist Attacks in Bannu and Peshawar

Islamabad - The United States condemns the terrorist attacks today in Bannu and Peshawar that killed and injured many innocent Pakistanis.

We extend our sympathy to the victims of today's attacks and to the families and friends of those who lost their lives in these attacks.  We honor those brave Pakistani military, police and security personnel who are fully engaged in combating these extremists.
