We require an appointment for all routine services, except notary services and adding additional passport pages to a valid U.S. passport. The online appointment system allows you to schedule your own appointment in a time slot that suits you. This process is fast and easy and improves the quality and efficiency of the service that we provide.
How to Make an Appointment
We process appointment-based services from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you are late for your appointment, we will ask you to reschedule. We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes early to clear security.
We never require an appointment for emergency services.
